Calgary Inferno played in their second Tournament in Edmonton playing against 3 other teams, the Inferno won 2 games and lost 2 games coming in 3rd Calgary Inferno played in their first Tournament against Saskatchewan and Edmonton in Saskatoon. The Inferno burnt up the competition with 4 wins and 0 loses! October 8 , 2011	Calgary Inferno enters into the URO Medical Crash Test Wheelchair Rugby Tournament in Saskatoon on October 22 and 23. This is Calgary`s first Tournament and they are training hard with the help of many great people.
September 21 - 24 , 2011	A huge congratulations to Zak Madell who was named to the tournament All Star team at the 2011 IWRF Wheelchair Rugby Americas Zone Championships. Zak, who's only 17, is in his first year with the national team program and is one to watch! The future of Team Canada looks bright. Zak received an All Star award in his first major international tournament
September 21 , 2011	Calgary Wheelchair Rugby Association (CWRA) recieved a $10,000 grant from The Alberta Paraplegic Foundation and Rick Hansen Alberta Solutions.
September 10 , 2011	Calgary Inferno was invited to take part in a "Have A Go Day" hosted by Wheelchair Sorts Alberta and Bridging The Gap. It was a great event where disabled individuals could learn about and try various disabled sports.
September 11 , 2011	In a season kick off game with the Calgary Inferno VS Calgary Fire Department our club members in partnership with Calgary Fire Department, Calgary Health Trust, WSA and Alberta Health Services volunteers we were able to raise over $3000 with proceeds split as donations to Calgary Inferno and Foothills Hospital Unit 58 Rehab.
August 7 , 2011	Canmore Nordic Centre Hosted a Demo Day for the ‘Kananaskis Annual Push to Open Adventure’ where a few of our members showcased rugby chairs and discussed the sport with disabled and able-bodied attendees promoting volunteership and player recruitment.
May 14 - 16 , 2010	Calgary Inferno’s AB Provincial Team Players : Dave D’Amour, Randy LeBlanc, Zak Madell, and Mike Rodomar kicked some butts to place AB in the National Wheelchair Rugby Tournament finals as Bronze Medalist Winners Div B
March 31, 2011	Well the Red thread event was a great turnout! The inferno team would like to thank everyone that came out that night, it was super fun! We raised just over $2200, YEEHAW!!! The team would like to thank all the sponsors and volunteers, that contributed and helped out to make the event a success, without you guys this all could not happened. Big Love Thank YOU!
